1. Purpose of the Offer
This public offer (the “Offer”) governs how recurring payments are collected for subscription access to the Nutrition AI Telegram bot and related digital services. The Offer is addressed to an indefinite number of users and is deemed accepted once the first payment is successfully processed or when the payment method is saved for automatic renewals.
By accepting the Offer, the User confirms that they have read and agree with the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, and gives consent to regular charges.
2. Definitions
- Service — the Nutrition AI Telegram bot and connected online features.
- Subscription — time-limited access to the Service that renews automatically via recurring charges.
- Recurring payment — repeated automatic charge of the User’s bank card without re-entering card details.
- Payment token — a secure identifier issued by the payment provider to process subsequent charges.
- User — an individual or entity that pays for a Subscription and uses the Service.
3. Pricing
The Telegram bot shows plan costs both in Russian rubles (RUB) and U.S. dollars (USD) so that international users can immediately see their approximate charge. Current plans:
- Monthly access — 490 RUB (7.99 USD). Renews every 30 days. A reminder is sent in Telegram at least 1 day before the renewal charge.
- Annual access — 3990 RUB (59.99 USD). Renews every 12 months. A reminder is sent in Telegram at least 1 day before the renewal charge.
- Lifetime access — 12990 RUB (150 USD). One-time payment with no recurring charges or automatic renewals.
The Company may provide discounts or trials. The renewal amount equals the plan price effective at the moment of the previous renewal unless the User is notified otherwise in advance.
4. Recurring Billing Workflow
- The User selects a plan and enters card details in the secure payment form provided by the acquiring partner.
- The payment provider authorizes the first charge and issues a payment token so that subsequent charges can be made without storing card data inside the Service.
- The User consents to recurring payments by ticking the respective checkbox (if available) or by completing checkout where the recurring notice is displayed.
- The Service sends a notification about each successful renewal in Telegram.
The User can update their payment method inside the Telegram bot or by contacting support if the self-service option is temporarily unavailable. Until the update is confirmed, the previously issued token remains active.
5. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
Automatic renewal can be disabled any time before the next charge:
- inside the Nutrition AI Telegram bot via the “Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription” flow (/pay command);
- by emailing anrewwolf68@gmail.com with the phone/Telegram handle and the requested cancellation date;
- through the issuing bank by revoking the consent for recurring charges (bank fees may apply).
Cancellation requests are processed within one business day. The User keeps access until the end of the paid cycle, after which the subscription will not renew. The subscription may be reactivated later through the Service.
6. Refunds and Responsibility
Refunds are governed by the dedicated Refund Policy. In summary:
- Refunds for unused periods are possible if a billing error is proven or if the Service was unavailable due to the Company’s fault.
- Chargebacks submitted without prior contact with support may result in temporary account suspension until the situation is clarified.
- The User is responsible for keeping payment details up to date and ensuring sufficient funds for renewal charges.
7. Data Protection
The Company does not store complete card credentials. Payments are processed by a PCI DSS–compliant provider. Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws of Hungary and the Russian Federation.
8. Changes to the Offer
The Company may amend this Offer, plan pricing, or billing mechanics by publishing an updated version on this page at least 5 calendar days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
